Intility is launching Financial Manager, a new FinOps tool within Intility Platform Manager, a software ecosystem for operational management built on top of Intility's platform service. Financial Manager gives businesses ongoing financial insight across the entire platform value chain – with an overview of subscriptions, invoices, payments, and billing entities gathered in one place.
Subscriptions are presented in the same structure as the monthly invoice, as well as at a detailed line-item level that can be exported for further analysis. All financial transactions are gathered in one place, including invoices, credit notes, and payments, with an overview of what is open, overdue, or upcoming.
Financial Manager also offers granular access control, so financial information can be shared securely with the right people in the organization. A dedicated role can be assigned to users who manage access for colleagues, either for all billing entities or for selected entities, tailored to the company's existing financial responsibility structure.
Financial Manager is continuously developed further and is delivered as an included service for all companies on Intility.
