An industrialized approach to platform and application monitoring ensures end-to-end visibility throughout the value chain. Intility’s monitoring platform is continuously updated with new functionality that helps identify and handle more incidents before they affect end-users or service quality.
Intility serves as a single point of contact for all types of incidents and performs incident resolution in collaboration with system owners and service providers as an included part of the service.
Intility Sustainability Dashboard is a web application that aggregates the CO2 footprint for the entire IT value chain. This includes pre-calculated carbon figures for everything from PCs, mobile phones, and local networks to workloads on InCloud, Intility’s own cloud platform, and Microsoft Azure.
The application also allows for the registration of individual carbon figures for each organization and is tailored for the Nordic markets. The purpose of the service is to make climate reporting as simple as possible for all companies on Intility.
EdgeConnect is based on the industry standard architecture for access to devices located at remote sites. This includes everything from HVAC systems, production facilities, visitor registration, and more. Through Intility’s already included APM service, third parties will gain access to an EngineeringServer placed in isolation in the customer’s own server environment. From the EngineeringServer, all third-party customers can log in and gain access to specific IP ranges and hosts belonging to the system provided by the third party.
Third parties are forced to use a platform that Intility manages, monitors, and is responsible for security, thus avoiding the use of third-party personal computers where content is unknown. As part of APM, all sessions are logged, and video surveillance of the session is conducted. The customer also has the option to decide whether third parties should have predetermined approval against EngineeringServer, or whether manual approval per session is required.
The digital foundation of the buildings is monitored 24/7, 365 days a year by Intility’s network and security control center. We manage all alarms and events that affect the buildings’ technical infrastructure. Intility handles the entire event process and coordinates customer contact and any subcontractors until the situation is resolved.
