Intility gives all full-time employees a sixth week of vacation every year.

Intility has company cabins at Norefjell Ski Center and at Kragerø Resort that can be booked all year round.

Our chefs serve breakfast, lunch with both hot and cold dishes, and afternoon snacks for all employees. In addition, we make dinner for anyone who wants to take it home to them and their family.

As the main sponsor of Vålerenga Fotball’s stadium in Valle Hovin, Intility offers both regular and VIP tickets to its employees for matches throughout the season.

We love being social, and organize cabin trips, afterworks, summer parties, christmas parties and more. Employees can also partake in groups for various activities such as running, football, e-sports and more. 

At our main office we have our own fitness center which is freely accessible to our employees.
