Intility is launching Operations Manager as part of Intility Platform Manager, an ITSM software ecosystem built on top of Intility’s industrialized platform service.
Operations Manager provides real-time visibility into support and operations and has expanded functionality to create, update and close cases for administrators. The service is integrated with Intility Chat and supported by AI, providing immediate access to specialized resources.
Operations Manager is continuously developed with new functionality and will be expanded with features that ensure best practice for the following processes:
- Incident Management
- Change Management
- Problem Management
- Project Management
The service is available as an included service for all companies on Intility.
