The recruitment process in Intility
Application
Submit your letter of application, CV, high school diploma and any higher education diploma, as well as relevant certificates.
In your application letter, you have the opportunity to explain your motivation for working at Intility, why you are suitable for the position and your interest in IT and technology.
Interview
We usually conduct 2-3 rounds of interviews where, depending on the position you are applying for, you will go through various personality and ability tests, and possibly solve case tasks.
You will meet several of our employees during the interview process so that you can assess whether Intility is the right workplace for you.
