Newly launched Cedra Norway, originating from Deloitte and KPMG and backed by the private equity fund Adelis, has selected Intility’s platform service for its entire IT environment.

By December, Cedra will reach 500 employees across 23 offices nationwide. Cedra is investing in experienced auditors and advisors, as well as in cutting-edge technology. Modern solutions tailored to the company’s size—something that has long been lacking in the industry—ensure high quality, close customer engagement, and a future-oriented delivery model.

– We are in the midst of the biggest transformation the auditing and advisory industry has seen in modern times. During a critical establishment phase for Cedra Norway, it was essential to choose a strategic IT partner capable of delivering a complete, secure, and scalable digital foundation from day one. Intility’s platform service provides the technological backbone we need to focus on our core business and the development of our digital DNA, says Torgeir Dahle, CEO of Cedra Norway.

Intility is an industrialized platform service used by more than 700 companies across 3,000 locations in and outside the Nordic region. Among these are organizations such as Norad, the Norwegian Air Ambulance, Flytoget, BDO, and RSM.

– We greatly appreciate the trust Cedra has placed in us during this important establishment phase. We look forward to supporting the company as an independent player in the market, says Andreas Hisdal, CEO of Intility.
