The Graduate Program will familiarize you with Intility and our business model, laying the foundation for a long-term career with us.
As a Graduate, you are of course permanently employed from day one.
The Graduate pathway is flexible and offers many opportunities in a growing company. Based on internal needs and your interests, we facilitate development in roles and responsibilities along the way.
Through the Intility Academy for Graduates, you will gain practical and operational experience, as well as professional development through courses, workshops, and certifications.
Together with other new employees, you will participate in our annual Professional Gathering at Norefjell Ski & Spa, featuring both professional and social activities.
Along with the rest of the Graduates, you will participate in social gatherings and professional events. We are also members of the Trainee Network!
In the fall of 2022, Live began her career at Intility as a Management Graduate in the Intility Operations Center. Today, she is responsible for a team that works operationally and assists in managing customers from a support perspective.
As a Graduate at Intility, you will participate in an 18-month program for recent graduates, but you are permanently employed from day one 💼 During this time, you will have the chance to attend professional and social gatherings, courses, and certifications, while also getting to know the company and technology through daily work. Our Tech Graduate program is perfect for you if you are a recent graduate with a higher education in IT/technology, engineering, etc., and want to become really good at technology with a steep learning curve. You don't need to know exactly which field you want to specialize in, but we hope you have a genuine interest in technology and a desire to develop.
Our Management Graduate program is perfect for you if you are a recent graduate with a higher education in economics, engineering, or law. You will work closely with some of Norway's most exciting companies across industries and get involved in projects related to technology improvement and digital transformation.
