Application Platform Manager is a next-generation CMDB and Privileged Access Platform, built on top of Intility’s industrialized platform service.
Application Platform Manager (APM) is developed to provide system owners and application providers with real-time documentation and secure access management for their applications across cloud platforms. APM sets a new standard for application management by combining self-service with automated workflows for change management. This enables companies to work smarter, ensure high traceability, and protect their digital assets—all in an efficient and user-friendly way.
APM is fully integrated with the IT environments of all organizations on Intility and is populated with company data from day one.
APM is continuously evolving with new functionalities and will be expanded with features such as:
Portfolio Management (new module)
Provides insights into application licensing costs, risks, and status, helping businesses make strategic decisions about which applications to retain, upgrade, or phase out.
CMDB
An external API enables customers to integrate and link data from CMDB to other systems.
Privileged Access
IP filtering for Privileged Access sessions. This functionality will enhance security by restricting access to the IP address that initiates the requested session.
Projects
Gives users a complete overview of application-related projects.
Manage Users
Enhanced change log, new user creation process, and unified handling of external and internal users. Supports full lifecycle management: Create, Read, Update, and Delete.
Approvals
Users with approval rights can efficiently approve offers, user access requests, and privileged access requests.
