Tips for creating a new password
If you are unable to change your password, the reason might be because it does not meet the requirements. Here are some tips to help you create a password that will be approved and is secure:
- Passwords usually must contain a minimum of 15 characters.
- We recommend that the password is a sentence consisting of at least five words. This will in most occasions meet the requirement for password length and have a high probability of being approved. Try to make a sentence that consists of common words that is easy to remember.
- The password should not contain your own name, company name, or other information about you that is publicly available online.
- Your new password should not resemble previous passwords. If are unable to change your password, try a completely new password phrase.
