Start your career at a company that invests in its apprentices, where a successful stay can lead to permanent employment. ### Intility Academy Through Intility Academy, you will receive professional development throughout your apprenticeship to prepare you well for the trade exam. ### 3 different trade certificates Our programs are for those studying Information Technology or Electronics, and we offer apprenticeship positions in Electronics, IT development, and IT operations. ### Long apprenticeship tradition Since 2004, Intility has welcomed interns and apprentices, and over 140 apprentices have completed their trade certificates with us. ### Follow-up You will have dedicated mentors who ensure you receive the support you need throughout your apprenticeship. ### Steep learning curve With us, you will be thrown right into the action and face technical challenges from day one, of course with good training and support from our experienced technicians. ### Long-term career We always have a long-term perspective when bringing in interns and apprentices. Many interns continue as apprentices after their internship period, and an apprenticeship is often the ticket to a long career at Intility. ## The apprenticeship The apprenticeship program has evolved since Intility began accepting interns and apprentices. Below you can see what this program consists of. - **Talent Onboarding**: The first weeks should provide you as a new employee with a good start, giving insight into systems, tools, and the practical information you need to get off to a good start. - **Learning along the way**: As an apprentice at Intility, self-initiative, curiosity, and initiative are important for building understanding and developing over time. - **Continuous follow-up**: Employee discussions with your immediate supervisor along the way. - **The apprentice network**: Every year, Intility brings in 15-20 apprentices, creating a strong and social apprentice network from the start. - **Trade exam**: After completing your trade exam and apprenticeship, you will have good opportunities for a long career at Intility. ## Are you looking for an apprenticeship at a rapidly growing technology company? **Apprentice program** As an apprentice at Intility, you will gain broad insight into the technical platform and build solid expertise in key tools and systems. You will learn to write, test, and maintain code, as well as system design, databases, and project management.
